Mini Cupcake Recipe

4 / 27 / 164 / 29 / 16

Hello everyone! Hope you’re having a happy hump day. We’re halfway through the school week! Yesterday I decided to make some cupcakes for my friend’s birthday. But I didn’t want to make a whole batch of 24 cupcakes, just one or two of them. So I tried out this recipe for single serving cupcakes. I had planned to follow the recipe and make two regular sized cupcakes, but something came up. I couldn’t use the regular muffin pan like I had planned. I should have checked before I made up the batter, but I already had everything ready to cook. So instead I found our mini muffin pan and decided to use that. And they actually turned out great! The batter makes about 5 or 6 mini cupcakes, and they turned out great!

Snail Mail

4 / 13 / 164 / 29 / 16

Hello everyone! Today is a boring day filled with school, tests, and lots of homework. But there are only 28 more days left of school, so that’s definitely a plus. Something that has been a really fun topic for me lately is snail mail. I think it’s so neat to be pen pals with someone and get to know them the old fashioned way. It seems like everyone only calls, emails, or texts these days, and letters are forgotten. But there are so many cute stationary options out there and so many cute things you could do to make your letters beautiful! And just think about how great it would be to open your mailbox and find a bright, colorful letter waiting for you. Read on to discover more about being a pen pal.

I changed my alarm so I could sleep later, and I’m not as tired anymore! I didn’t have a crazy amount of tests, so my homework wasn’t a huge overload. We only have about 5 weeks of school left and I couldn’t be more excited! Down below I have some of my favorite things that I saw or that happened throughout the week- read on!

Having a Healthy Night Routine

4 / 6 / 164 / 6 / 16

Hello everyone! Today’s post is about having a healthy night routine. Sometimes my nights can get so busy and stressful if they are filled with homework and practices and preparing for the next day. It can get to be ten or eleven o’clock before I even go to sleep, and then the next morning I wake up tired and groggy. Recently I’ve (kinda) been able to manage my work and get all of my homework done before it gets too late, so I can relax the rest of the night. Here are a few tips and tricks you can try to have a better night routine.

Gray Malin’s Home Tour

4 / 4 / 164 / 4 / 16

Hello everyone! Today’s post is a home tour on one of the prettiest homes I’ve ever seen! I love all of the colors and patterns used in the home. Gray Malin is a photographer and interior designer who has his home tour up on his website. I recently discovered his site and all of his features and designs are so pretty! I love looking at all of the home tours on his site, whether it’s his home or the homes of other bloggers and designers. They are all so pretty and bright and can give great inspiration! There seems to be a common theme in these types of bright, colorful houses. Usually the walls and furniture is a neutral or laid back color, like white or gray. But then all of the decor and accessories are what give the pops of color! Adding pink pillows or blue cabinets or red chairs add charm and whimsy to the whole home. Read on to discover this beautiful home!
