January is always such a slowwwww month, and this one seemed especially long. But so much happened! I got a new job, got into a new workout routine, and went out of town to visit Tampa for the first time. Oxford got hit with a really bad ice storm the last week of January, and I was out of town visiting my friend in Florida.. My trip got extended by almost a week because I couldn’t get home with the icy roads, so it was a bit of a different month for me! Even with all the change and chaos, it was a pretty good month, and I have a lot of favorites to share!
