It’s been so long since I’ve done a photo diary, but these are so fun to make! I basically just go through my photo album or VSCO and choose some of my favorite photos throughout the past few months, then give a caption about what I was up to! I feel like I’ve been so busy the past few months that this blog has been pushed to the backburner, and I haven’t really updated on my life as much as I used to. The summer seriously flew by, and now here we are almost to October… it’s insane. I was home for a few weeks in May, but I actually lived in New York all summer as a live-in nanny. I got home mid-August and had a few days with my family, and now have been in school for about five weeks now! I thought this would be a fun way to catch up on my life and share some fun pics too!

Summer Bucket List
It’s officially summer! I just took my last AP exam- ever- on Monday and I’m out for break! Three months of no school and sunny weather, I’m so excited. I have such a fun summer planned with a few trips at the beginning of June, but other than that, I’ll be working a lot and spending lots of time in Oxford. I really want to make the most of my last summer before college and do as many fun things as possible. I feel like last year I really took summer for granted and wasted so much time inside or on my phone, and I’m not making the same mistake this time! I browsed Pinterest and came up with a big list of everything I want to do this summer- let’s see how many I can check off!
Sayonara, Summer Stripes
Fall is really starting to kick in, and soon we’ll have to put the summer clothes away and move into a fall wardrobe with sweaters, boots, and scarves. I’m definitely excited that fall is here, but I’m so sad that summer had come to a close. I’ve been slowly transitioning into fall outfits, but I’m not ready to give up on all my summer clothes just yet. This morning, I stepped outside and was shocked at how cold it had gotten. Just yesterday, it was blazing hot, and this morning I had to take a pullover to school because it was so cold! This shirt was one of my favorite summer pieces, but sadly, it’s almost time to pack it away. I wore my final summer stripes outfit with an adorable necklace and my favorite kicks!

It matches with so many things and it’s really easy to slip on when I’m in a hurry. Chokers are perfect for summer and they can be styled so many ways! Today I’m wearing a gray tank top from target, and I love the gray and blue together! This was just a quick post on one of my favorite ways to style them, and go check out Beadiful Things and buy some of their adorable jewlery!
Stripes and Olive Green
Hello everyone! Today is a fun outfit post about a simple look you can wear all the time in the summer! A lot of times, I just grab a tee shirt and throw on some shorts and birks and I’m out the door in the hotter months. But when I need to dress up a little nicer, some comfy shorts and a flowy tee is always my go to outfit! I recently went to Old Navy and picked up some new clothes, and I love creating fun outfits with them. I got a striped shirt that goes well with everything, and then a few new pairs of shorts. Something that was a little out of the usual for me were some olive green cutoffs! I’ve never worn this color before, but I really like it on me, and it matches with a lot of other colors. The shirt and shorts went great together and a few jewelry items added fun detail. Read on to find out more about the outfit!

Hello everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Easter weekend. My weekend was really fun. I had a track meet on Friday, Saturday we went to a spring festival, and Sunday we visited family out of town. Now it’s Monday, and back to school for me :(. But thankfully, there are only 40 more school days left of the semester! Hopefully these last eight weeks of school will zoom by, because I’m more excited about summer than ever! On the subject of summer nearing, it also means shorts, swimsuits, and tank tops every single day. Now is the time everyone is really starting to work hard to get in shape and eat healthier, because the hottest season of all will be here before you know it! Movies Coming Out This Summer
This weekend, I was able to get (sorta) organized and prepared for the week ahead. Only five more days until my school gets out for Spring Break! After we get back from break, there are only 48 more school days until summer, and I am so ready to get out of school! Summer 2016 is full of great films coming out. If it ever gets too hot to be outside, take refuge in a movie theater, because there’s sure to be at least one good movie showing. From super hero movies to Harry Potter spinoffs to new Disney films, this summer will be filled to the brim with movies to watch.
Easy Ab Workout
Hello everyone! I’m so sorry that I didn’t have any posts up last week. It was so busy for me and I had so many things to do! Summer and Spring Break are coming up, so everyone is probably going to start trying to get into shape and get ready for the hot season! That’s why today’s post is about a quick and (sorta) easy ab workout to do when you have an extra ten minutes to spare. Just find some space on the floor to work and that’s all you need!
Hope this was helpful! Just do this sometime during your day everyday until you get results and get fit for summer!
Ten Things To Do This Summer
I am so excited for summer. I get really excited just by looking at pictures from the beach or thinking of my summer plans. I’m just ready to be out of school. There are so many things I love about summer. It’s hot, no school, tan skin, and there is so much stuff to do! This summer I already know that I am going to camp and probably the beach. My family always gets a membership to a local pool, so that will be fun too. Lately I’ve been thinking of more great things to do this summer and I can’t wait! I’m probably just torturing myself even more by writing this post, but I am just really looking forward to summer- only about three more months until freedom!
